Just 30 minutes ago I said the same thing! Oops, just to clarify it crystal clear, I said the first thing ("get outta your ass!") but I had to add "and don't lick it! you will get food poisoning!" (that's the best scary ailment I could think of to scare my kid into NOT sticking his fingers into his mouth after the fact).

Hmm.. I never noticed. Always swallow, but it's usually before bed & hey, sleeping is the only time away from cramps anyway. Maybe I should blow in the mornings, & afternoons instead. Hubby's gonna thank you for that one.

I never found it a good cure for cramps.... but it did put me off cream of mushroom soup for a while, when I realized the consistency and flavor are very similar.
